All orders are checked before shipping out to our customers to ensure that all items are in order and in good condition. We have adopted services from reliable courier services to ensure that your order reaches you safely.
All sales and promotion items including items with any discount and/or promotion vouchers applied are not legible for return or refund.
We accept exchanges for domestic orders only within 7 working days for sizing issues and manufacturer’s defects only. For international orders please contact us at email@example.com for further inquiries.

Item(s) must be returned in its original condition, not damaged, not washed and not altered in any way. We reserve the right to reject any used and/or damaged items based on our discretion. Rejected items will be sent back to the customer.
Cost of postage is borne by the customer for any returns or exchanges for both domestic and international. As Monica Quen Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for any lost or missing parcels, opting for parcel tracking is highly recommended.
