We accept exchanges for domestic orders within 7 working days for sizing issues and manufacturer’s defects only.

Item(s) must be returned in its original condition, not damaged, not washed and not altered in any way. We reserve the right to reject any used and/or damaged items based on our discretion. Rejected items will be sent back to the customer.
Cost of postage is borne by the customer for any returns or exchanges. As Monica Quen Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for any lost or missing parcels, opting for parcel tracking is highly recommended.
