DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders will be delivered through Courier Services to the shipping address indicated by you. Orders are shipped on business days ONLY (Monday – Friday, excluding Malaysia National Public Holidays).
Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 3 – 5 working days after order verification and credit approval. Please provide the CORRECT shipping address where someone will be home to receive the parcel and a VALID phone number and email address, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest courier office or other arrangement must be made.
Orders are shipped within Malaysia only (including Sabah and Sarawak). We do not ship to P.O. Box address.

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM50 and above for Peninsular Malaysia, and RM150 and above for Sabah and Sarawak.
We currently ship internationally to Singapore, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States, United Kingdom and Spain. Customers from other countries who are interested in purchasing our products are welcome to email us at enquiry@monicaquen.com for international postage rate.
For international shipments, any taxation or duties that may be potentially incurred at the recipient country will be borne by the customer.

Our packaging may consist of clean pre-used packaging material such as bubble wrap, plastic packaging bags and cardboard boxes in effort to reduce, reuse and recycle. We also automatically opt for greener options provided by our shipping partners whenever possible.
